my cute little lenormand card deck is currently sold out, but i still wanted to be able to share the magic of these little cards with you all during this super strange time. so i'm excited to offer some 3-card lenormand readings for you! 

about lenormand:
lenormand is a form of cartomancy (card reading) with roots in 18th and 19th century germany and france, and it's my personal favorite way to read cards. the CUTE LITTLE LENORMAND is my interpretation of the deck, and it's the deck i'll use for your readings!

you may choose a GENERAL READING ($18) or a FOCUSED READING ($10).

general readings are performed using whatever three cards come up for you. they are an overall "snapshot" of your current situation, and don't require a subject or matter at hand. these readings are a bit more cerebral and take longer to complete than a focused reading. they may relate to many different subjects or aspects of your life or speak generally to your personality and direction. if you don't have a specific question you'd like addressed, this is the reading for you!  
focused readings are just that - focused on a specific question or matter at hand. these readings use a significator card as the central card, representing the subject or issue your reading is focused on.  if you are curious about something specific in your life - for example, your career, love life, friendships, home life, travel, finances, or literally anything else that you might be wondering about - this is the reading for you!

 

how it works:
after you place your order for your 3-card reading, you'll receive an email with a quick form for you to fill out. here, you'll give me some information about you (and your matter at hand, if you have chosen a focused reading). filling out this questionnaire will help me provide you with the most personal, in-depth interpretation of your reading that i can! 

within 48 hours of my receiving your answers, i will send you a confirmation email with the date by which you can expect your reading to be delivered via email. it typically takes a week or less after you've submitted your form for me to complete your vignette. 

lenormand readings can be amazingly accurate, but -- like all oracular arts -- they aren't an exact science. please keep that in mind, have fun, and enjoy your reading!

  • all orders placed from THANKSGIVING 11/28 through CYBER MONDAY 12/2 will ship out by the following SATURDAY 12/7 at latest. 
  • i will combine shipping for multiple orders going to the same address placed between 11/28 and 12/2. shipping overage refunds will begin processing on MONDAY 12/2. 

GENERAL HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFO

thank you sooooo much for doing some holiday shopping with me. i know you're anxious to get your order in time for the holidays, and i'm anxious to get it to you as quick as i can!  since i run my business entirely by myself, it can take me a bit longer to process orders than it might for a big-box retailer.

throughout december i work around the clock to make sure all orders are shipped as quickly as possible. the holiday season is my busiest time of year and i'm packing up hundreds of orders a day, so please allow a processing time of up to 3 days before your order ships. it will probably take fewer days than that, but it'll never take more.

if it's been less than a week since you placed your order, just give me a couple more days to finish packing up your items. if it's been 5+ days since your order date and you still haven't received a shipping notification, please send an email with your order number to misslyons@gmail.com. i really appreciate your patience!

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

all orders within the US include tracking, with projected delivery within 3-5 business days of ship date for first class shipments and 1-3 business days for priority mail shipments. all orders are shipped from anaheim, california (92801). 

it can take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days for your package information to appear in the USPS system. please allow at least 24 hours after receiving your shipping notification for your tracking number to show up. 

keep in mind that USPS tracking is a guide, not an exact science. the barcode on your package’s label is scanned as it moves through various shipping facilities on its way to you, but it’s not uncommon for scanners to miss the barcode, causing tracking information to be insufficiently updated. USPS’s tracking technology isn’t terribly sophisticated to begin with, and during the super-busy holidays it’s even easier for the scanners to accidentally skip labels as so many packages move through the system! please be patient and give your package time to arrive safely to you.  

once i drop off packages at the post office i unfortunately don't have any control over them, so if you have questions about the status of your shipment after it's gone out, talk to your mail carrier or call your local post office to follow up. if after you've spoken with a USPS rep your issue still isn't resolved, email me, and i will make sure you get a replacement or refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

international orders are fulfilled via USPS first class international mail using a third party shipping service called GLOBAL ADVANTAGE, which includes limited tracking. international tracking numbers can take a few extra days to show up in the system, and not all countries' postal services keep this information updated, so tracking on international orders may be  incomplete or missing entirely. international orders generally take around 10 business days to reach their destinations.

the order-by dates listed above are estimates and not exact, and delivery times will vary depending on your location and your country's postal service. please take these factors into account when placing your order, and allow adequate processing and shipping time for delivery by 12/24. earlier is always better for international shipments!

some countries (canada, mexico, UK, and australia/new zealand) tend to enjoy faster delivery dates from california than others, so i'll continue processing international orders throughout december as i receive them if you want to take the risk of ordering late, but keep the order-by date of 12/4 in mind for the greatest peace of mind.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

due to limited quantities of many of my items, exchanges can be made only in the case of shop error (i.e. you're sent the wrong item or an item that is faulty).  refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. shipping costs are nonrefundable.

all orders are sent as quickly and as securely as possible, but unfortunately USPS isn't perfect, and mail does very occasionally get backed up or lost in the system.  remember that whenever you order an item online, it runs a small risk of being delayed due to circumstances on the part of the shipping provider, which are beyond the control of the shipper. 

i do everything i can to make sure your order will get to you on time, and all orders placed according to the above guidelines will be dropped off at the post office on schedule, but i am not responsible for mistakes or delays caused by USPS and/or foreign postal services.  once your package is in the care of the post office it's no longer in my hands.  that said, if your order is goes missing and USPS can't help you track it down, just email me at misslyons@gmail.com and i'll make sure it's replaced or refunded.
