my cute CRYSTAL BALL is now your new plush friend who wants to help you carry your small things everywhere! how can u resist these magical vibes?

this lil buddy has a lobster clip attachment so you can clip it to your keys or let it dangle off a bag, or you remove the keychain altogether if you prefer! it's also TOTALLY machine washable, so you don't have to worry about dirt on your new bb's soft purple fluff. 

some examples of things it can carry with room to spare, so you can get an idea of the interior size:

  • smaller makeup items (like 2-3 compacts, or a bunch of lipsticks)
  • a standard-size deck of cards (such as my cute little lenormand deck!)
  • a pack of cigarettes and a lighter   

obviously you could also keep all your small essentials together in here, use it as as an on-the-go magical kit or stash pouch, or just let it dangle all cute off your favorite purse!

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
usable interior space for the crystal ball zip pouch is about 4.5" deep and about 4.5" wide. the pouch's exterior size is about 6" high from the top of the crystal ball to the bottom of the base, and about 5.25" wide. the pouch's zipper opening is about 5". 

the crystal ball's "base" is 3D and can fold outward and expand like a real crystal ball base. hard to show in a photo, but it's a super cute detail! 

the pouch dangles from a 3" lobster claw keychain attachment with a small clasp that clips to the pouch by a sewn-in nylon loop cord, so you can remove the keychain attachment from the pouch if you prefer.

each crystal ball zip pouch is made of super soft purple cotton poly plush with a black plush base and yellow embroidered stars on the front, a purple zipper and purple pouch interior my sara m. lyons logo is embroidered on the back in black. 

to clean, machine wash (on a gentle cycle if possible) and tumble dry. remove the keychain attachment before washing!

thank you sooooo much for doing some holiday shopping with me. i know you're anxious to get your order in time for the holidays, and i'm anxious to get it to you as quick as i can!  since i run my business entirely by myself, it can take me a bit longer to process orders than it might for a big-box retailer.

throughout december i work around the clock to make sure all orders are shipped as quickly as possible. the holiday season is my busiest time of year and i'm packing up hundreds of orders a day, so please allow a processing time of up to 3 days before your order ships. it will probably take fewer days than that, but it'll never take more.

if it's been less than a week since you placed your order, just give me a couple more days to finish packing up your items. if it's been 5+ days since your order date and you still haven't received a shipping notification, please send an email with your order number to misslyons@gmail.com. i really appreciate your patience!

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

all orders within the US include tracking, with projected delivery within 3-5 business days of ship date for first class shipments and 1-3 business days for priority mail shipments. all orders are shipped from anaheim, california (92801). 

it can take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days for your package information to appear in the USPS system. please allow at least 24 hours after receiving your shipping notification for your tracking number to show up. 

keep in mind that USPS tracking is a guide, not an exact science. the barcode on your package’s label is scanned as it moves through various shipping facilities on its way to you, but it’s not uncommon for scanners to miss the barcode, causing tracking information to be insufficiently updated. USPS’s tracking technology isn’t terribly sophisticated to begin with, and during the super-busy holidays it’s even easier for the scanners to accidentally skip labels as so many packages move through the system! please be patient and give your package time to arrive safely to you.  

once i drop off packages at the post office i unfortunately don't have any control over them, so if you have questions about the status of your shipment after it's gone out, talk to your mail carrier or call your local post office to follow up. if after you've spoken with a USPS rep your issue still isn't resolved, email me, and i will make sure you get a replacement or refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

international orders are fulfilled via USPS first class international mail using a third party shipping service which includes limited tracking. international tracking numbers can take a few extra days to show up in the system, and not all countries' postal services keep this information updated, so tracking on international orders may be missing or incomplete. international orders generally take around 10 business days to reach their destinations.

the order-by dates listed above are estimates and not exact, and delivery times will vary depending on your location and your country's postal service. please take these factors into account when placing your order, and allow adequate processing and shipping time for delivery by 12/24. earlier is always better for international shipments!

some countries (canada, mexico, UK, and australia/new zealand) tend to enjoy faster delivery dates from california than others, so i'll continue processing international orders throughout december as i receive them if you want to take the risk of ordering late, but keep the order-by date of 12/4 in mind for the greatest peace of mind.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

due to limited quantities of many of my items, exchanges can be made only in the case of shop error (i.e. you're sent the wrong item or an item that is faulty).  refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. shipping costs are nonrefundable.

all orders are sent as quickly and as securely as possible, but unfortunately USPS isn't perfect, and mail does very occasionally get backed up or lost in the system.  remember that whenever you order an item online, it runs a small risk of being delayed due to circumstances on the part of the shipping provider, which are beyond the control of the shipper. 

i do everything i can to make sure your order will get to you on time, and all orders placed according to the above guidelines will be dropped off at the post office on schedule, but i am not responsible for mistakes or delays caused by USPS and/or foreign postal services.  once your package is in the care of the post office it's no longer in my hands.  that said, if your order is goes missing and USPS can't help you track it down, just email me at misslyons@gmail.com and i'll make sure it's replaced or refunded.
